First-Time Login

Follow the steps in the video below to complete your first login to the platform.

Step-by-Step Guide: First-Time Login to Your CRM Account

Option 1: Automatic Access via Email

Step 1: Check Your Inbox
1. When your CRM account is created, the system sends you an email with a special login link.

2. Open the email and click the link to continue.

Step 2: Create Your Password:
3. You'll be redirected to a page asking you to
create your password.

- Enter it twice to confirm.

4. Click “Set Password” or “Continue.”

Step 3: Welcome Confirmation:
5. A message will appear confirming your password has been set.

6. Click the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 4: Log In:
7. The login window will appear.

- Enter your email and the password you just created.

- Click the “Log In” button.

Step 5: Verify Your Login (Security Code):
8. For security, you’ll be asked to send a
verification code to your email.

- Click “Send Security Code.”

9. Check your email for a message from the system.

- Open it, find the 6-digit code, and copy it.

10. Return to the CRM page and paste the code into the verification field.

Once verified, the system will automatically take you to your CRM Dashboard — you're in!

Opción 2: Login Using Credentials Sent by Email

This method works whether it’s your first time logging in or part of your regular access routine.

Step 1: Open Your Welcome Email:
1. You’ll receive an email that includes:

- Your username

- Your password

- A login link

Step 2: Log In:
2. Click the
login link in the email.

3. A new page will open.

4. Enter your:

- Username

- Password

5. Click the “Log In” button.

That’s it — you’ve successfully accessed your CRM!
