How to Access the Client Portal

Follow the steps to register and start exploring all available resources.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Register and Access the Client Portal for the First Time

Use the Registration Link
1. To access the portal, you need a registration link:

- If you already received it via email, click on it.

- If not, you can find the link in the description of the video.

Sign Up
2. Once the page opens, fill out the form:

- Enter your email address

- Enter your full name

3. Click the button “Proceed to Checkout”

(Don’t worry, the tutorials are 100% free.)


Enter the Portal
4. After completing your registration, a window will appear — click
“View Dashboard” to enter the Client Portal immediately.

5. At the same time, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to access the portal at any time (we’ll revisit this email shortly).

Set Your Password
6. A new screen will ask you to
create a password.

- Enter your password in the “New Password” field.

- Re-enter it in the “Confirm New Password” field.

7. Click the “Set Password” button.

Choose Your Language
8. Once inside the portal, you’ll see the option to choose your preferred language:

- Click “Spanish” or “English”


Explore the Tutorial Library
9. Inside the selected language section, tutorials are organized by
modules, similar to the menus in your CRM.

10. To watch a tutorial:

- Click directly on the tutorial title

- Or click the plus icon (+) to expand the module and then select the desired tutorial.


Access the Portal via Email
11. Open your
email inbox and find the welcome message you received after registering.

12. This email includes two links to access the portal:

- The word “here”

- A button labeled “View Tutorials”

13. Click either link to return to the portal any time.

That’s it! You now have full access to the Client Portal, where you can watch any tutorial whenever you need support using your CRM.
