
Learn how to navigate the mobile app, easily access your key features, and manage your business from anywhere.
1. Notifications (First option on the bottom menu, far left)
Available features:
- View real-time alerts for messages, emails, appointments, calls, forms, and automations.
- Tap a notification to go directly to the related event.
- Filter notifications by type (like messages, calls, emails).
- Filter by status (read or unread).
- Mark notifications as read.
Side buttons (right-hand side):
- Top button: Make a call.
- Bottom button: Quick access to actions such as:
* Send an email or text message
* Add a new contact
* Scan a business card
* Book an appointment
* Request a review
* Create a new opportunity
* Generate a new invoice or estimate
Tip: Check this section regularly to stay updated and avoid missing important opportunities.
2. Conversations
Overview:
This is where all incoming and outgoing messages from connected channels are centralized: SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email, and more.
Tabs at the top:
- All Conversations: Shows all visible messages or those assigned to the team.
- My Inbox: Displays only messages assigned to the logged-in user.
- Internal Chat: Shows internal messages between team members, without client involvement.
Key features:
- Reply directly within the chat.
- View the full message history per contact.
- Use quick reply templates.
- Add internal notes or tasks within the conversation.
Side buttons (right-hand side):
- Top button: Create and send a new message or email.
- Bottom button: Access the same quick actions as in the notifications section.
3. Point of Sale / Invoicing
Bottom menu with three sections:
Create invoices or estimates:
- Keypad: Create a new product from scratch.
- Catalog: Choose from previously created products.
View invoices:
- Filter by status (draft, sent, overdue, partially paid, paid).
- Filter by date.
- Edit invoices that are still open.
Transaction history:
- View all completed transactions.
Tip: This section is ideal for quick sales, events, or direct payments without needing the website.
4. Calendar
Main features:
- View and manage your own appointments or your team’s.
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel meetings.
- Switch between monthly, weekly, or list views.
Available filters:
- Filter by user, calendar type, or group.
Helpful buttons:
- Create a new meeting or block time.
- Access the previously mentioned quick actions.
Tip: Manage your schedule directly from the app without relying on external tools.
5. Contacts
Available features:
- Search for contacts by name, email, or phone number.
- View the full contact profile including details and activity.
Actions within the contact profile:
- View and edit tags.
- Assign the contact to a team member.
- Make calls, send emails or messages.
- Schedule meetings.
- Generate or review invoices and payments.
Contact profile tabs:
- Details
- Tasks
- Notes

Helpful buttons:
- Add a new contact or scan a business card.
- Access quick actions like in the other sections.
